What does the whole procedure look like?
1. You find an apartment. 2. You order a substitute address document from us. 3. You go to a notary with the landlord and our document to sign the notarial act. 4. You move in. It's that simple!
Can I be evicted at any time?
No. Eviction is only possible in case of a serious breach of the contract: non-payment of rent, property damage, or complaints from neighbors. If you are a responsible tenant, you have nothing to worry about.
Your address is in Warsaw, but I'm renting in Krakow. Is that a problem?
Absolutely not. According to the law, the backup address must be within Poland. The city does not matter.
What if I get the document and the landlord refuses to rent?
That's why we have a 'Tenancy Guarantee'. Within 14 days, we will reissue the document for a new address for free. You only need to cover the cost of redelivery.
For how long is the document valid?
The document is valid for the entire term of your lease agreement. If you extend the contract with the same landlord for the same apartment, a new document is not needed. It is indefinite within one contract.

This condition is created so that the landlord can be sure that, if necessary, the rental can be terminated without lengthy legal procedures.
